Subscription & Payments

Only parents or legal guardians (18+) can create and manage a TutoClub account. Children may use the service only under their supervision.

Payments are made through the TutoClub Online Shop using our secure provider, Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron) and, depending on your region, digital wallets or bank transfers. TutoTOONS does not store your payment details - Stripe processes all transactions securely.

A TutoClub subscription works on up to three devices. If you use Family Sharing (where supported), you can invite additional family members to access the games.

No, uninstalling a game does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel directly through your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon) or, if purchased on the TutoTOONS Online Shop, through your account or by contacting us.

Not necessarily. We may update, change, or remove games and features from time to time. Subscriptions guarantee access to premium features, but specific games or functions may change.
