Cancellations & Refunds

Yes, you can cancel at any time by logging into your TutoTOONS account or by contacting us at [email protected].
If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you won’t be charged.
If you cancel after the trial, your subscription will stop renewing, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the 3-day free trial has ended.

No refunds are issued simply because content changes. Refunds are only possible if TutoTOONS cannot provide the subscription service for an extended period (e.g., long outages).
