Privacy and Data

No, we do not collect personal details such as names, addresses, or contact info from children. We only collect limited, anonymised data (e.g., country, device type, time spent in games) to improve gameplay and safety.
Note: Some of our services (like subscriptions) may require limited account data from a parent or guardian. This data is never used to target children or for marketing purposes.

If you purchase a TutoClub subscription, your payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store card or bank details. We only keep the data needed to manage your subscription (email, subscription plan, connected devices).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

We never sell personal data. We only share it with trusted partners (like payment providers or customer support tools) to provide our services.

If you wish to delete your TutoClub account and associated data:

  • Open any TutoTOONS app → go to the Profile tab.
  • Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  • Click Manage Account (upper right corner).
  • Select Delete Account.
  • Follow on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately to stop future charges.
